Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations with precision and care
Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and medical/dental histories
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix to document patient information accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly with patients about their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient experiences
Stay current with industry best practices by engaging in ongoing education and training,
especially in pediatric dentistry and CAD/CAM technology
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols, OSHA regulations, and medical terminology standards
Qualifications
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
Experience working in a dental office workplace with proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix or Epic
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and patient care procedures
Prior experience providing pediatric dental services is highly desirable
Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for restorative procedures is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team-oriented team
