Duties
Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and guide them to their tables efficiently
Manage reservations and seating arrangements using a POS system
Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations when needed
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback to enhance overall experience
Support team members with basic food service tasks as needed,

Requirements
Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is highly preferred
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for customer service is essential
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
