Responsibilities
Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed
Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
Monitor animals’ behavior and health, reporting any concerns to supervisor or management
Ensure the safety of animals and staff by following proper handling procedures
Maintain detailed records of animal care activities and observations
Support team members in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Requirements
Prior experience in animal care is preferred but not required; a genuine love for animals is essential
Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and management
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
Reliable work ethic with attention to detail in caring for animals and maintaining cleanliness
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
