Responsibilities
Assemble and install cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other finish carpentry elements.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
Fabricate custom pieces as needed to meet design specifications.
Restore existing woodwork to its original condition or enhance it with recent finishes.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including masons and painters, to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and completing installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Provide maintenance person services as needed for various projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter with a focus on finish work.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings.
Solid skills in assembling furniture, cabinetry, and other wood structures.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
