With the growing demand for online language education, particularly due to the rise of work from home, Lingua Learn has continued to expand into emerging markets through franchise partnerships. Franchisees are provided with extensive training, teaching resources, and continuous operational support to help them successfully manage virtual language schools in their respective regions.
Role Descriptions
Lingua Learn requires a Part time French Tutor to teach online.
The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching both children and adults across a broad range of language abilities, from beginner to advanced levels (CEFR A1–C1). As certain classes will be conducted in English, candidates must have a minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
Applicants are expected to have a university degree, a recognised teaching qualification, and at least five years of experience in language teaching. They should also have the ability to evaluate learners in the four key language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking, ideally using the CEFR framework.
The key requirements is as follows:
French Speaker
Minimum B1 proficiency in English
Teaching qualification
Educated to a degree level
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
Kids and Adults' teaching experience
Familiarity with using online teaching platforms (especially Zoom)
Experience in assessing students in all 4 skills of proficiency
Reliable internet connection

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
