Ralcomm Ltd. in TRAIL is looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal and communications skills who are passionate about the communications industry and its growing future.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
Working with a team of Sales Representatives to meet personal and store sales targets.
Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service by helping them get the most from their device, and from their rate plan.
Store merchandising and operational tasks.
Selling TELUS/KOODO mobility/Home Services.
Troubleshooting mobile phone issues.
Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
Provide the customer with the complete solution by offering our full range of wireless services that we offer
Outbound Calling/Cold Calling
2-Way Radio Sales/ Basic Programming

Qualifications:
Strong aptitude, desire and/or experience in repairing electronics




Technical certification or degree in electronics or consumer electronics desirable
Strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of smartphone and tablet functionality both hardware and software
Self motivated and sales driven you have the ability to connect with and influence customers
Take personal pride and satisfaction in providing the customer with the complete solution for all their wireless needs
Transparent, Honest and Trustworthy
Work best in a collaborative, small team environment
Ability to work flexible retail hours

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
