Limelight Childcare is growing, and we are excited to announce a large hiring initiative for our new location.

We are currently hiring:
Early Childhood Educators (ECE)

At Limelight Mosaic, we believe early childhood education goes beyond routines and curriculum.

Our philosophy is deeply rooted in child psychology, emotional development, nature-based learning, and art as expression.

Required Qualifications:
Full proficiency in English (Native)
Valid ECE certification (BC recognized)
First Aid & CPR (Infant/Toddler)
Minimum two skilled references
Resume with relevant childcare experience

Preferred Candidates Will Also:
Have a strong interest in emotional development, psychology, nature, and art
See children as whole human beings, not behavioral tasks
Value reflection, connection, and meaningful guidance over control

Educators who are emotionally present, thoughtful, and passionate about nurturing the whole child — not just managing a classroom.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
