Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated weekend dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. This role is essential in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring a hygienic and efficient kitchen. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Schedule:

Saturday - 10am to 3pm / 6pm to 2am

Sunday - 10am to 3pm / 4pm to 12am

With the option for more shifts midweek.

Duties
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients




Support the kitchen team during busy periods by handling food handling duties and ensuring smooth workflow
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with facility policies
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures

Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant workplace is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, or hospitality industry is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen staff
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 pounds) as needed
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety standards

Pay: $18.25 per hour
