Position Summary:
We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Mobile Phone Repair & Sales Technician. In this role, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service, perform diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, and support customers in purchasing certified pre-owned devices and accessories.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
Perform hardware replacements (screens, batteries, cameras, etc.) and software troubleshooting
Provide knowledgeable advice and support to customers about repair options and product sales
Meet sales targets by offering certified pre-owned devices, phone plans, protection plans,



and accessories
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Track inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs and sales

What You Bring:
Previous experience in mobile device repair or electronics is a robust asset (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong sales skills with a customer-first attitude
Passion for technology and learning
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in a rapid-paced retail workplace, including weekends
