Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, including beverages and food items
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Take customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in food handling and serving procedures
Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments with basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously




Support food industry best practices by adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling protocols

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in hospitality settings
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service policies
