Job Description:

The Crossing at Ghost River is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our accommodations and public spaces, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, and we are looking for an individual who shares that commitment. - Please note we are 25 minutes from Cochrane, employees must have reliable transport.

Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Replace linens, towels, and other room essentials.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as needed.
Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow all safety and cleanliness standards and guidelines.
Assist in laundry duties, if required.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed.





Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to lift, bend, and reach as required for cleaning duties.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
