We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept landscapes. This role involves turf care, pruning, planting, and general property maintenance beginning in April, and continuing through October 2026.

Summary

This position involves maintaining residential, commercial and/or golf course properties to ensure clean, healthy, and attractive outdoor spaces.

The Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team in varying weather conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Golf course and site maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding
Pruning shrubs and small trees
Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants
Leaf cleanup and debris removal
Mulching and basic landscape upkeep




Maintaining ponds and water features
Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
Following safety procedures and company standards
LI-onsite

Required Experience
Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course maintenance experience preferred (but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ambitious, self motivated and goal oriented
Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor
Experience in operating landscaping tools and equipment
Availability to work some Saturday’s will be given priority
