As an operator with AltaSteel, you have the prospect to start your career in one of many entry level positions on-site where you will have room to grow and advance. Entry level positions may include but are not limited to: Rail Yard Labourer, Fork Lift Operator, Crane Operator, or Materials Handler.

18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to perform manual labour
Able to perform routine, repetitious work
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is considered an asset
Experience operating equipment is considered an asset
