We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Labourer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves performing various painting and labour tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks including rigging and carpentry work
Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and material handling to support project progres
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines

Requirements




Previous construction experience preferred; experience in restoration, residential painting, or industrial painting is a required. Minimum 2 years experience
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment
Solid understanding of safety procedures related to scaffolding, rigging, and working at heights
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license is required; willingness to travel between job sites is essential
