Misoya Ramen is looking for motivated and reliable Back of House (BOH) Team Members to join our kitchen team. As a BOH Team Member, you will help prepare authentic Japanese ramen and other menu items while maintaining a clean, organized, and effective kitchen. Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are new to the industry, we provide hands-on training and opportunities to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking according to Misoya Ramen recipes and standards
Assemble ramen, appetizers, and other menu items with consistency and attention to quality
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout each shift
Wash dishes and keep workstations clean during and after service
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner periods
Support other team members to ensure fast, friendly,
and high-quality service
Requirements
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
Willingness to learn and follow recipes and kitchen procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
Solid work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Availability to work adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
