As a Collections Specialist, you will play an important role in maintaining robust customer relationships, managing receivables and contributing to the continued growth and success of Applied.

What You'll be Doing
Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
Contact customers regarding outstanding balances through phone calls and emails
Build positive working relationships with customers while resolving payment issues professionally and respectfully
Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies
Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve invoicing issues
Analyze account data to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts




Maintain accurate collection notes and customer account records
Complete credit reviews as needed, set up current customers in Jonas software
Process payments

What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years collections experience in a construction related field
Excellent knowledge of collection procedures
Strong knowledge of legal regulations regarding debt law, including Construction Lien Act
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and diplomacy
Strong problem solving abilities and a customer focused mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
