We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure staff productivity, maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a valid forklift certification.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Lead, train, and support warehouse staff
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of products
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
Monitor productivity and workflow to meet operational goals
Communicate effectively with management, drivers, and team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Forklift Certification required
Previous warehouse supervisory experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Robust communication and problem-solving abilities
