Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are highly valued. Responsibilities
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely and friendly service
Serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and quality standards
Operate POS systems to process orders, payments, and receipts efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar, and workstations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and serving processes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area as needed
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
Previous experience in food industry service roles preferred, especially in restaurants or hospitality settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
