Front Desk Receptionist that would be be assisting a reception team already in place with overlap in the scedule to ensure we have enough staff covering the front at all times.
Duties:
Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Check customer cars in and out, collect payments, and update repair information
Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer software such as Google Suite or similar programs
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
Knowledge of sceduling and admin for automobiles is a plus
