We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a high volume kitchen and have the ability to work both on their feet and in a fast paced, multi-tasking setting. A successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and good organizational abilities.



We would like to bring someone onto our team that has a similar passion for great food and is looking to grow their skills.

Responsibilities:
Have a keen eye for detail and work well with others in a fast-paced workplace.
Work a variety of shifts according to business needs.
Use kitchen equipment to prepare and cook food items.
Prepare and cook food safely and according to standardized recipes or procedures.
Help maintain neat, clean, and sanitary kitchen.
Maintain kitchen equipment and facility.
Assist Chef with weekly features and maintain a rotating inventory
Supervise junior staff in kitchen; uphold Chef's standards
Thorough understanding of all dishes and allergens
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with fellow staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
