LightHouse Dental in Kingston, Ontario is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team of dental professionals.

We are currently looking for a Dental Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator to become part of our fast-growing family dental practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a positive and supportive workplace with a team that is committed to excellence.

The successful candidate should be able to deliver professional customer service in person and over the phone in a cheerful manner.

Key Duties
Create a positive and memorable experience for patients, starting from their arrival until their departure
Optimize the appointment schedule by filling the day with limited gaps
Handle all patient calls and inquiries professionally, including appointment scheduling,



confirmations, and changes
Manage potential cancellations by addressing patient concerns and encouraging them to keep their appointments
Handle patient billing and payment processing, including sending claim forms to insurance and responding to fee inquiries
Accurately maintain the patient database and manage the recall system effectively
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence in a timely manner
Manage patient records and charts by organizing and filing them appropriately.
