Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and dedicated Class 1 Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty trucks to transport livestock across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Duties
Safely operate Class 1 trucks to transport (livestock) all over Manitoba & Saskatchewan
to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
Load and unload Livestock
ensuring proper handling
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and freight manifests




Communicate effectively with dispatchers, and clients to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedule
Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, and driving procedures

Skills
Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
minim 2 years experience
Livestock experienced

Robust understanding of traffic laws, safety regulations, and transportation compliance standards
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
