ROLE SUMMARY

We're seeking security professionals in the Moncton, NB area to join our team immediately. As a security guard, you will:
Control access to sites and monitor entry/exit points
Conduct regular patrols
Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and premises
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally
Maintain compliance with provincial and federal regulations
Monitor client traffic and identify high-risk individuals
Take appropriate action to deter individuals involved in disruptive behavior




Undertake site-specific training and follow supervisor directions
Keep accurate records and complete detailed incident reports
Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access (travel throughout the province may be required)
At least 19 years of age
Smart phone with voice, text and data
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Previous security experience preferred
Clean criminal record

Schedule
Shifts include day, night, and on-call rotations
