We are seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our team at Monument-Urso Surveying Ltd. The successful candidate will lead a field crew in performing a variety of land surveying tasks, such as boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.

Responsibilities
Lead a field crew in performing a variety of land surveying tasks, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.
Operate survey instruments and equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of survey data and documentation.
Interpret and analyze survey data to prepare accurate and detailed survey reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a survey party chief.

Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficient in the use of survey instruments and equipment,



such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
Experience with AutoCAD and other survey-related software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.
Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and quality.
