Responsibilities
Remove damaged or broken auto glass safely and efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
Install recent windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass components following manufacturer specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional repair needs related to glass or mechanical components.
Handle heavy lifting of glass panels and related materials with proper safety techniques to prevent injury.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and assist with minor automotive repairs as needed.




Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and inspections for quality assurance purposes.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
Familiarity with automotive glass installation processes and safety protocols.
Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair enhances your ability to diagnose related issues efficiently.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
