We're a proudly Canadian owned glass distributor servicing Alberta and British Columbia. Our Calgary and Edmonton locations are looking to hire hardworking Class 1 Drivers for our local routes.

You will be delivering glass & glass crates.

Monday - Friday, some overtime if required. You will be compensated for your overtime. Your expected hours will be 37.5, however they may run longer according to your overtime.

Your duties will include:
Loading & unloading glass/crates from vehicles (warehouse work)
Transporting glass/crates to final destination (local)
Processing delivery paperwork (collecting signatures and delivering packing slips)
Heavy lifting
Driving for long periods of time

Requirements:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Valid Class 1 Driver's License

Assets:
Experience in the glass industry
HIAB experience or certification

Summary

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.



Your core skills in commercial driving will be complemented by premium skills in forklift operation and freight handling. Additionally, relevant skills in heavy equipment operation and automotive repair will enhance your effectiveness on the job.
