Duties
Assist with the setup and preparation of signage installation sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
Support the installation team by holding ladders, positioning signs, and ensuring proper alignment according to project specifications
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
Help with measuring and marking locations for sign placement to ensure accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of packaging and debris after installation
Support the team in troubleshooting minor issues during installation and reporting any concerns promptly
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills
Robust willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues effectively
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or installation work
Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude that contributes to a team-oriented work workplace
Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or similar fields is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license preferred for assisting with site travel or material transportation
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
