Working directly with the excavator operator, you will directly assist them in acheiving thier daily productivity goals. We work hard. Start early. A drivers license and a desire to work are your best friend here. * NOT ON BUS ROUTE - 7AM START
Duties
Drive a Ram 1500 to and from site with trailer - license required
Lift, move, operate small equipment like powered dumpers
Use hand tools, power tools, like shovels, rakes, sawzalls
Support excavation activities by running dumpers to dump trailer, skimming trenches and at times, hand digging shallow trenches
Perform site cleanup, debris removal, to keep work areas protected and tidy
Assist with landscape projects such as laying sod, yard demolition and lot clearing
Skills
Experience operating mini excavators and mini skid steers highly preferred
Basic knowledge of small equipment operation
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
Basic construction experience is a plus for supporting landscape projects
Positive physical stamina to work outdoors in different weather conditions
