Role: This role supports the daily yard operations while also handling the delivery of concrete pump trucks. The job incumbent will play a key part in keeping the yard organized, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely, secure transport of trucks to customers—contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

· Perform general yard duties including:

o Loading and unloading equipment and materials

o Shipping and receiving

o Yard organization and upkeep

· Assist with routine maintenance and basic equipment care

· Operate and transport heavy equipment for delivery as required

· Use the 50t rough-terrain to move equipment as needed

· Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed

· Support team members and contribute to overall operational efficiency

Qualifications:

· Valid AZ driver’s license (required)

· Valid 50t rough-terrain crane license (required)





· Experience operating concrete pump equipment is preferred

· Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or heavy equipment environment preferred

· Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Valuable communication and organizational skills

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
