We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an MIR Help Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate data within our maintenance program. You will collaborate with shop employees, administrators, and management to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain data in the MIR system for Owner Master, Unit Master, and Supplier Master
Monitor and control daily data input to ensure accuracy and completeness
Troubleshoot issues received via the MIR Help email and provide timely support to MIR users
Assist other staff as needed, including booking equipment or issuing purchase orders for fleet requirements
Support the closing of external work orders upon receipt of invoices, as required
Perform additional tasks as needed to contribute to the efficiency of shop operations
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a small group setting
Familiarity with Data Dis MIR systems or similar platforms is an asset
Bilingual (French/English) to support Quebec shops
