Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold food safety standards
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas
Support food service by ensuring all items are ready for use during busy service hours
Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations




Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of low stock levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of cooking, meal preparation, and food industry standards is a plus
Excellent attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and organization in fast-paced settings
