Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food quality




Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Passion for the food industry and a desire to grow culinary skills over time and able to contribute creative menu ideas
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
