JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, energetic, goal oriented, driven and eager and willing to learn with the main focus on customer service.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting and welcoming new vape customers and long-time customers to the store.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
Recommending products based on individual’s requirements and budget.
Maintain a solid understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.




Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must Be 19+ Years Old to apply
Minimum 2-year Customer Service experience
Minimum 2-year Retail experience
Minimum 2-year Sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
