We take pride in our workmanship, customer service, and strong team culture. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our team.
Position Summary:
The HVAC Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects. This role works closely with project managers, sales team, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and profitable project bids.
Key Responsiblities:
Review projects plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
Prepare and submit competitive proposals and bid packages
Collaborate with project managers during project handoff
Maintain accurate records of estimates and bid results
Identify value engineering opportunities
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HVAC estimating (residential and/or commercial)
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, materials and installation methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
Solid mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
