Responsibilities
Safely move and park vehicles including trucks within the service lot, ensuring proper placement and organization
Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and helpful guest services
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lot, including sweeping, trash removal, and minor upkeep
Monitor the lot for safety hazards or security concerns, reporting any issues promptly
Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or service-related charges




Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries
Support dealership staff with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base
Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in payment transactions
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
