We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Customer Service team member to join our energetic environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages using POS systems.
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance the customer experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling and food safety compliance.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.
Uphold food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times.




Engage with customers to answer questions about menu items and recommend products when appropriate.

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or food handling is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
