Overview
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. The Renovator will be responsible for various renovation tasks to enhance and improve properties. This role requires a solid understanding of construction techniques and the ability to work with various tools and materials.
Responsibilities
Perform renovations on residential and commercial properties
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed
Conduct construction estimating for renovation projects
Work on tasks including drywall installation, Taping ,painting, caulking.
Should have DL and full time availability
Operate heavy equipment when necessary
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Experience with construction estimating
Knowledge of various renovation tasks such as drywall installation, concrete forming, masonry work, painting, and caulking
Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus
Solid attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
