Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members for their team. We have a Bilingual (French/English) Contact Center Agent (Remote/Bring Your Own Device) role on the team.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Work Type: Remote - Ontario | Quebec

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM -5:00 PM

Training Schedule:
3 days | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
2 -3 days

Duration: 3 and 6-month contract (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls professionally.
Respond to caller’s inquiries.
Research required information using available resources.
Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
Navigate multiple computer applications relative to the position.
Ability to deal with difficult situations over the phone while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Adhere to the assigned schedule and call flow.

Qualifications:




High School diploma or equivalent.
Fully Bilingual in English and French, and able to read, write and communicate in both languages.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Customer service oriented.
Attention to detail.
Ability to operate basic functions of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Exchange, etc.…).
