We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Worker to join our interior renovation team. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson who can work independently, maintain high-quality workmanship, and complete renovation tasks efficiently and professionally.

Projects may include basement renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, residential renovations, and commercial interior projects.

Responsibilities
Framing and general carpentry
Drywall installation, taping, patching, and repairs
Flooring installation
Tile installation
Doors, trim, baseboards, and finishing carpentry
Demolition and site preparation
Interior finishing and general renovation work
Reading measurements and basic construction drawings
Operating power tools and construction equipment safely
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Identifying and solving problems independently on site
Working efficiently while maintaining professional-quality finishes
Following company procedures and Ontario health and safety requirements

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of construction/renovation experience
Strong experience in interior renovations




Must have your own skilled tools required to perform renovation work
Must have your own reliable vehicle and be able to travel to different job sites
Must possess all required licences, permits, and/or certifications applicable to the work being performed
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to perform multiple renovation trades is a solid asset
Reliable, punctual, qualified, and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of workplace and job-site safety
Ability to perform physically demanding construction work

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced renovation professional who can arrive on site with their own tools and transportation and be productive with minimal supervision. You should take pride in your workmanship, understand proper renovation procedures, and be comfortable handling multiple aspects of an interior renovation project.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
