Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, solid time management skills, and experience in food service or related roles. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and effective customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Manage cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and upselling menu items when appropriate
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in all food handling activities
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation guidelines




Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and teamwork
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Experience with food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds when necessary
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
