Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure kitchen environment, ensuring smooth food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food safety and cleanliness, with experience or interest in the food industry. Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
Assist with meal preparation and food service tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards
Help with food handling procedures following proper safety protocols
Support in organizing supplies and stock to ensure productive kitchen operations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices at all times




Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support meal service

Skills
Experience or familiarity with cooking, meal preparation, or food handling is preferred
Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist others in the kitchen
Good communication skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving items as needed
