About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a full- time, on-site chance for a skilled machinist who is confident setting up and operating CNC equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and producing high-quality precision components. The successful candidate will have solid experience with CNC turning and milling, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment.
Perform CNC turning and milling operations to produce precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues as required.
Maintain optimal machine performance and follow preventative maintenance procedures.
Monitor tooling, cutting conditions, and machine performance.
Identify and resolve production or quality issues.
Work closely with machinists, supervisors, and other production team members to meet production deadlines.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards.




Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

Qualifications Requirements
Proven experience in a precision CNC machining environment.
Robust hands-on experience with CNC turning and milling.
Ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and inspection methods.
CNC programming experience is an asset.
Knowledge of industry-standard safety and quality assurance practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
CNC machining, manufacturing, or related technical diploma/certification is an asset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
