What You’ll Do
Speak with supporters passionate about social causes
Inspire people to become long-term donors
Use empathy, storytelling, and persuasion to support vital charity work

Compensation
Salary-based position (no commission)
$19–$24/ hour
Starting rate: $19/hour
Pay increases based on hours, performance, and consistency

Tech Requirements (Important for Success)
Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or newer. Unfortunately, MacBooks are not compatible with our system
Stable internet capable of supporting real-time voice communication (wired Ethernet preferred)
Wired headset with microphone for explicit calls
Quiet, dedicated workspace for scheduled shifts
