Overview

We are seeking an experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our transportation team. Must have USA Visa.This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks over long distances to deliver freight efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and vehicle maintenance, with a focus on timely deliveries and adherence to safety regulations. Duties
Safely operate long-haul trucks across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries of freight.
Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary.
Inspect vehicles regularly for maintenance needs and perform basic automotive repairs or coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
Secure freight properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight documentation, and delivery records in accordance with federal regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or issues encountered on the road.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations.




Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management or freight handling as needed.

Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience in commercial driving, particularly long-distance or over-the-road routes.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts is preferred.
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and routine vehicle maintenance.
Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety standards.
Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems for route planning.
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
Prior experience with freight logistics or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $44,326.09-$153,712.71 per year
