Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations to ensure productive workflow and quality service
Support team members in completing tasks accurately and effectively
Provide professional and friendly customer service by answering questions and assisting customers
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the workspace
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and improve performance
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times
Contribute to a positive and supportive team workplace through proactive communication and teamwork

Qualifications




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn current skills
Previous customer service or team-based experience is an asset, but not required
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is considered an advantage
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks when necessary
