We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client's manufacturing facility close to Stoney Creek, ON location.

Pay - Up to $130k

Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate behaviours aligned with the organization's vision, values, and standards.
Provide leadership in safety, equipment reliability, team development, cost control, and maintenance projects.
Develop and implement reliability-focused maintenance programs to maximize plant equipment performance and uptime.
Supervise, support, and provide direction to maintenance tradespeople.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources for both planned and emergency maintenance activities.
Maintain a protected, organized, and productive maintenance workplace.
Ensure planned and unplanned maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently,



and effectively.
Allocate maintenance resources across shifts based on operational requirements.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) OR a valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright certificate OR 442A Industrial Electrician certificate of qualification.
