We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components according to drawings and quality standards while maintaining a secure and efficient work setting.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate welding equipment and related tools safely.
Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Previous MIG welding experience.
Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools.
Solid attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
CWB certification is an asset but not required.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
