Duties
Assist with food preparation by chopping, peeling, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards
Support cooking activities by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to ensure timely meal production
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
Serve meals efficiently to guests or staff, ensuring presentation and portion sizes meet quality expectations
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for service




Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
