Position Summary:

We’re hiring Production Line workers to assist with the processing, cutting, and packaging of poultry products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, operating machinery, and following strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production line equipment and machines
Process, cut, and package poultry products accurately and efficiently
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report malfunctions
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
Assist in other areas as needed

Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating equipment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality




Able to work in a quick-paced, physically demanding environment
Good physical stamina: standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting
Knife Skills are an asset
