Play, Learn, Grow Academy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our licensed childcare team. The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment in compliance with Ontario’s licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate programming aligned with How Does Learning Happen?
Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times
Observe and document children’s development
Maintain compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA)
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Maintain a clean and organized classroom workplace

Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education




Current registration and member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C
Current clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Knowledge of CCEYA and licensing regulations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
